Abstract
Through the research on the volume change during upsetting and thickening process of drill pipe body,a reasonable length reduction amount in upsetting and thickening process is proposed and calculated in combination with empirical formulas;a method for calculating and verifying the thickening forming capacity is also put forward on the basis of practical considerations and equipment performance parameters;and the relationships and parameter determination methods between heating temperature,heating length,heating time,clamping upsetting force,pipe feeding position,punch forging advance,upsetting ratio,thickening ratio and other factors in upsetting process are provided by integrating theory with practice,which has some reference value for the formulation of pipe body upsetting process in actual production.关键词
