Abstract
In order to solve the problems of large three-dimensional textile equipment in weaving ultra-wide and ultra-thick fabrics,such as excessive curling load due to the number of warp yarns,inability to actively unwind loose warp yarns,and difficulty in controlling the tension of a single warp yarn,etc.,a cylinder frame warp yarn tension control system based on the magnetic drive has been designed.The tension control system includes mag-netic drive mechanism,belt drive mechanism and yarn detection mechanism.Firstly,the design of the mecha-nism is detailed,the stability of the mechanical structure is verified by Ansys analysis,and finally its feasibility is verified by experiment.The experimental results show that the maximum sag of warp yarns is reduced by 4~5 cm,the fabric opening clearness is improved by 23%,and the number of yarn breaks produced by beating the weft once is reduced.As a result,the surface quality of the fabric was also significantly improved,and the sur-face defects were reduced.The weaving efficiency is greatly improved.关键词
