基于浒苔生物质碳的便携式电化学传感器的制备及其对多巴胺检测的应用
Portable Electrochemical Sensor Based on Enteromorpha prolifera Derived Biomass Carbon and Its Application in Dopamine Detection

Abstract
Dopamine(DA)is an important neurotransmitter widely present in the central nervous system,affecting various motivations and behaviors of animals.Low levels of dopamine are associated with the pathogenesis of nervous system diseases.Thus,it is very important to measure DA accurately.In this paper,Enteromorpha prolifera biomass carbon(EPC)was prepared by one-step carbonization method from marine biomass enteromorpha which caused green tide.It was characterized by SEM,TEM and N2-adsorption and desorption.The results show that the prepared material has a mesoporous structure and a large specific surface area,which provides a larger active sites for the adsorption of DA molecules,and is conducive to the diffusion of DA molecules on the EPC surface.It was modified onto the surface of the screen-printed carbon electrode(SPCE)to make a modified electrode(EPC/SPCE).A portable electrochemical sensor was prepared and used to detect DA by connecting a smart phone to a handheld electrochemical workstation using Bluetooth.The results show that the 800-EPC carbonized at 800℃has the strongest electrochemical response.Under the optimal detection conditions,the prepared sensor can quickly and sensitively detect DA in the concentration range of 10 µmol/L to 10 mmol/L,and the detection limit is 3.3 µmol/L(3δ).In the presence of various interfering substances such as ascorbic acid,uric acid,chloride ion,copper ion,sodium ion,EPC/SPCE still has high selectivity for DA.And the sensor has good stability,can be used for quantitative analysis of DA in dopamine hydrochloride injection,and has the potential of field detection of DA content in drugs.关键词
