摘要

Abstract

In order to evaluate the formula consistency of tobacco flavors and fragrances,a rapid analysis method of chemi-cal components of tobacco flavors and fragrances was established by Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spec-trometry(FT-ICR MS),and 59 different batches of tobacco flavors and fragrances were analyzed.The formula consistency of mass spectrometry data was analyzed by combining N-value method,interpolation method,correlation coefficient method and principal component analysis method.The results show that FT-ICR MS can quickly and accurately identify the formu-las of different batches of tobacco flavors and fragrances,which provides a basis for evaluating the consistency of the formu-las of different batches of tobacco flavors and fragrances.It can further screen the samples of different batches and improve the quality evaluation on the basis of routine physical and chemical indexes or preliminary quality evaluation of infrared spectrum and Raman spectrum.The application has good practical value for the quality control of tobacco flavors and fra-grances in actual production.
