乡村振兴背景下江西省空巢小农就地兼业稳定性研究
Research on the Stability of Local Concurrent Employment of Empty Nest Smallholders in Jiangxi Province under the Background of Rural Revitalization

Abstract
Under the realistic background of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and helping Chinese-style modernization,it is urgent to pay special attention to the stable concurrent employment behavior of farmers to increase their income and get rich and its influencing factors,especially to explore the regularity of the influence of working conditions in rural enterprises and government policy environment on the local concurrent employment stability of empty nest smallholders.It has important reference value for optimizing the local employment policy of farmers.Based on the field investigation of empty nest smallholders in Jiangxi province,this paper empirically analyzed the influence of 15 independent variables on the stability of empty nest smallholders in local concurrent employment by using Logit model and Probit model.The results showed that the stability of empty nest smallholders in local concurrent employment was affected by a variety of factors,among which gender,age,education level,whether farmers have participated in skills training,household per capita annual income level in 2022,convenience of obtaining concurrent employment information,wages and welfare benefits in rural enterprises,flexibility in working hours,production guidance and vocational training organized by the government have significant effects.Based on this,it is proposed to strengthen the vocational skills training of farmers and continuously improve the comprehensive quality of farmers,improve the working environment of peasant household and establish a reasonable interest linkage mechanism,build a govern-ment policy support system and establish a long-term management and protection mechanism.to ensure the stability of agricul-tural production and promote the harmonious operation of"professional",as well as to improve the rural social security system.The policy suggestions for stable part-time work behavior should vary from person to person.关键词
