Abstract
Emergency preparedness and response for nuclear accidents is the last safety shield for protection of the safety of the public,and therefore,an important concern of nuclear safety.The nuclear regulatory body has established a series of regulations and guides for emergency preparedness and response for nuclear accidents as the regulatory and management basis.The guides also are used for the technical guides by the relative utilities and units for the emergency preparedness and response activities.The article provides some improvement suggestions for the regulation and guides which have close relationships with the public radia-tion protection decisions and actions,based on the experiences from regulatory inspection works and other country.The adjustment of these relative regulations and guides would improve the effectiveness of the emer-gency preparedness and response activities for the part of the public protection actions decisions and imple-mentation,and also offers the technical guides for the emergency preparedness for nuclear accidents.关键词
