干旱胁迫对滨海树种幼苗生物量及K、Ca、Mg分配的影响
Effect of drought stress on seedling biomass and distribution of K,Ca and Mg in coastal tree species

Abstract
[Objective]The impact of drought stress on biomass accumulation and distribution of potassium(K),calcium(Ca)and magnesium(Mg)in 4 coastal tree species were investigated,thereby providing a scientific basis for the selection,breeding and improvement of drought resistance in coastal afforestation species.[Method]One-year-old seedlings of 4 coastal tree species,including Casuarina equisetifolia,Eucalyptus urophylla×E.grandis,Acacia mangium×A.auriculiformis and A.melanoxvlon,were subject to mild,moderate and severe drought stress,respectively,which corresponded to 60%,50%and 40%of field capacity.Then comparative analysis was carried out to analyze the impact of drought stress on the biomass accumulation and allocations of K,Ca and Mg in the roots,stems,branches and leaves of the 4 coastal tree species in comparison to the control(80%of field capaci-ty).[Result]Drought stress,tree species,organ and their two-way interactions all significantly influenced the biomass accumulation and allocation of K,Ca and Mg in the tree species(P<0.05).Compared with the control,E.urophylla×E.grandis had signifiantly greater whole plant biomass under severe drought stress while that of A.melanoxvlon was significantly smaller(P<0.05).Moderate and severe drought stress led to higher root-to-shoot ratio in C.equisetifolia,E.urophylla×E.grandis and A.melanoxvlon but lower one in A.mangium×A.auriculiformis.The distributions of K,Ca and Mg were significantly enhanced in the roots and stems but inhibited in the branches and leaves of C.equisetifolia under severe drought stress;E.urophylla×E.grandis had higher K and Ca distribution in the roots under all levels of drought stress,and only under severe drought stress,it expecienced higher Mg distribution in the roots and leaves but lower one in the branches;in A.mangium×A.auriculiformis,Mg distribution went down in all organs under all levels of drought stress,while K and Ca distribution was reduced in the abovegroud parts only under severe drought stress;A.melanoxvlon had lower distributions of K,Ca and Mg in all organs under severe drought stress.Correlation analysis revealed extremely significant-ly positive correlation between the distributions of K,Ca and Mg in the same organ under drought stress(P<0.01),except extremely significant negative correlation between the roots and leaves in K distribution(P<0.01).[Conclusion]Different tree spe-cies adopt different biomass and nutrient distribution strategies in response to drought stress.The regular physiological metabolism of C.equisetifolia and E.urophylla×E.grandis was ensured by greater allocation of underground part biomass amid higher K,Ca and Mg distribution in the roots and stems;while A.mangium×A.auriculiformis and A.melanoxvlon showed little variation in the biomass of each organ,and mainly improved nutrient utilization efficiency by reducing K,Ca and Mg distribution in each organ.关键词
