摘要
Abstract
This paper introduced a domestically developed eddy current array inspection system for steam generator tubes.Test sample tubes simulating volumetric defects and dents in the tubesheet transition zone of steam generator tubes were designed and fabricated.The detection capability of this eddy current array sys-tem was verified through experiments,and it was tested and applied in the in-service inspection of steam generator tubes in nuclear power plants.The results showed that for volumetric defects in different parts of steam generator tubes,this eddy current array inspection system could effectively detect and characterize the indication.The developed denting profile function of eddy current array probe could effectively carry out the quantitative inspection.关键词
