Abstract
This paper analyses the equivalent technical level issues of applying digital radiography technology in the conventional and nuclear islands of nuclear power plants.Based on verification experiments,this paper provides specific suggestions for the application of digital radiography technology in the conventional island and the nuclear island in domestic nuclear power plants.For conventional island applications,the Grade AB technology in DR standard NB/T 47013.11-2023 and CR standard NB/T 47013.14-2023 is equivalent to the Grade AB technology in film photography standard NB/T 47013.2-2015,and digital radiography technology applications for small diameter pipe welds can be carried out based on NB/T 47013.11-2023 and NB/T 47013.14-2023 standards.Under the principle of compensation,DR technology can be used to test large diameter pipe welds.For the testing of nuclear class components based on the RCC-M standard,X-ray should be given priority.The testing process control can refer to the Grade AB technology requirements in NB/T 47013.11-2023 and NB/T 47013.14-2023 standards.The image sensitivity should meet the RCC-M standard,and the image resolution and signal-to-noise ratio can be controlled according to NB/T 47013.11-2023 and NB/T 47013.14-2023 standards.关键词
