Somatic incompatibility and genetic difference of 3 types Lentinula edodes strains

Abstract
[Objective]The relationship between somatic incompatibility(SI)and genetic difference of Lentinula edodes strains was analyzed to provide a basis for evaluating the genetic differences of L.edodes strains via SI test.[Method]Dikaryon strains were con-structed with 11 monosporous strains of L.edodes,and their genetic differences were analyzed by SI reaction and molecular markers of inter-simple sequence repeat(ISSR)and sequence-related amplified polymorphism(SRAP).[Result]Fifteen dikaryon strains of 3 types were obtained with clear genetic source and SI reactions divided into compatibility and incompatibility.Among them,type Ⅰdikaryon strains were prone to demonstrate"companion antagonism",while type Ⅱ and Ⅲ were prone to show typical antagonistic reactions.Combined analysis with ISSR and SRAP molecular markers showed that the genetic similarity coefficients among the 15 strains ranged from 0.43 to 1.00,and they could be divided into 2 categories when the similarity coefficient was 0.58,which soundly reflected the genetic origin of the tested strains.[Conclusion]The nuclei differences between L.edodes dikaryotic strains affected the levels of somatic incompatibility reactions between individuals,and the results of antagonistic reactions corresponded to the genetic background differences of the strains.关键词
