唤醒失控的球迷:算法社会体育赛事网络舆论暴力的成因、特征与治理OA
Awakening the Unruly Fans:Causes,Characteristics,and Governance of Online Violence in Sports Events in the Algorithmic Era
算法技术的深度嵌入正在重构着网络舆论生态,而体育赛场场域也因其高关注度与显著的粉丝文化特质,成为网络舆论暴力的高发区.本研究采用案例分析法与虚拟民族志,以巴黎奥运会期间微博士围绕乒乓球展开的讨论为研究对象,探讨在算法社会下体育赛事网络舆论暴力的生成机制、表现特征与治理路径.研究发现,通过算法权力重构、群体极化与媒介伦理失范三重逻辑,平台算法正加剧着体育舆论场域的秩序失衡,具体体现为身份标签化偏见,体育迷群极化以及谣言扩散三个部分.因此,本研究提出"主体规制—媒介治理—素质教育"协同治理路径:平台、政府等主体构建专项治理框架;媒介打造人机协作模式来挖掘体育内容;体育迷群通过素质教育实现理性引导.
The deep integration of algorithmic technology is reshaping the online public opinions.Sports,with high-profile and fan-culture elements,often see online public-opinion violence.Employing case analysis and virtual ethnography about the discussions of 2024 Paris Olympic table tennis on Weibo,this study explores the violence's generation mechanism,distinctive features,and governance path in the algorith-mic era.Findings show algorithms disrupt sport's public opinion order via power reconfiguration,group psy-chology,and media ethics flaws,causing identity bias,group polarization,and rumor spread.Correspond-ingly,we propose a tripartite governance model including platform-government regulatory frameworks,AI-human collaborative content moderation,and critical media literacy for fans.It offers theoretical and practical references for regulating online sports public-opinion.
