Abstract

In order to reveal the genetic diversity of Brassica alboglabra germplasm resources and the intrinsic correlation between the traits,and provide the theoretical basis for the improvement of Brassica alboglabra varieties and germplasm innovation,by investigating 6 core quantitative traits and 19 agronomic traits which included the quantitative traits of 64 Brassica alboglabra germplasm resources,the variation characteristics of 6 quantitative traits were revealed by using the difference analysis.Then,the correlation between the 19 main agronomic traits was analyzed by using the correlation analysis,and the key trait dimensions were extracted by using the principal component analysis,in order to comprehensively evaluate the comprehensive traits of Brassica alboglabra germplasm resources.The results showed that:the coefficient of variation of the six quantitative traits of 64 Brassica alboglabra germplasm resources ranged from 18.30%to 39.20%.The order from large to small was petiole length>plant height>leaf length>stem diameter>plant width>leaf width,and the variation degree of petiole length was the highest,reaching 39.20%.There were high correlations among the 19 main agronomic traits.Plant height was extremely significantly positively correlated with plant width(0.434**)and leaf length(0.369**).Leaf width was significantly positively correlated with plant type(0.291*),leaf color was extremely significantly positively correlated with plant type(0.411**),and petiole length was extremely significantly positively correlated with leaf length(0.356**).The principal component analysis showed that the cumulative variance contribution rate of the first seven principal components was 71.879%,which were respectively the related factors of morphological and maturity performance,related factors of appearance quality,related factors of plant type and vegetative organ morphology,leaf shrinkage degree,anthocyanin in internodes,flower color,and the degree of undulation at the leaf margin.
