Abstract
At present,the local political and security situation changes in Africa has further deteriorated,posing multifaceted threats to the production,operations,asset security,and personnel safety of Chinese enterprises operating in the region.In recent years,with the advancement of the"go global"strategy,Chinese companies have deepened and expanded their international operations,gradually establishing a comprehensive risk management system encompassing risk identification,analysis,and response.With over three decades of international operations,CNPC has developed a robust overseas risk prevention and control management system,along with an emergency response mechanism.To effectively keep watch risks through coordinated measures,enhance overseas safety and security frameworks,and safeguard the interests and personnel safety of Chinese enterprises in overseas projects,the paper proposes strengthening top-level design by refining policies,regulations,and management systems for overseas risk prevention,control,and emergency response,enhancing multi-stakeholder collaboration to improve the joint prevention and protection mechanism for Chinese enterprises under the"go global"strategy,developing a highly skilled international talent pool to increase supporting and responding capacity,fostering integration with local communities by building a localized risk prevention and control network centered on community engagement.关键词
