Abstract

In order to explore the feasibility of bamboo shoot shell as a substitute for sawdust in Ganoderma lucidum cultivation,develop the bamboo shoot shell substitute cultivation substrate,and reduce the environmental pollution caused by bamboo shoot shells,in the experiment,the bamboo shoot shell was used to replace the amount of sawdust in the equal proportions,and the substitution ratios were 25%,50%and 75%,respectively,with the conventional formula(substitution ratio of 0)as the control group.Then,the effects of bamboo shoot shell substitute cultivation on the mycelial growth,biomass and quality of Ganoderma lucidum were studied.The results showed that the substitution of bamboo shoot shell for sawdust reduced the growth rate of Ganoderma lucidum mycelium,and the inhibitory effect was more obvious with the increase of substitution ratio.The cultivation of bamboo shoot shell instead of 25%sawdust had no significant effect on the fruiting time of the two kinds of Ganoderma lucidum,but the biological conversion rate,total triterpenoids and total polysaccharide content of Dahongzhi and Nanzhi No.1 were significantly increased by 13.14%and 7.23%,13.50%and 68.55%,16.49%and 35.48%,respectively.The total amino acid content was the highest when treated with bamboo shoot shell replacing 50%sawdust,followed by that treated with bamboo shoot shell replacing 25%sawdust.The C/N ratio of the cultivation substrate was positively correlated with the biomass and mycelial growth rate of Ganoderma lucidum,but negatively correlated with the total polysaccharide and amino acid content.In summary,the cultivation of Ganoderma lucidum with bamboo shoot shell instead of 25%sawdust could improve the quality while ensuring the yield.
