Russia's oil and gas industry in 2024
摘要
Abstract
In 2024,Russia's crude oil production totaled 516 million tons,reflecting a 2.8%year-on-year decline.Primary crude oil processing volume reached 267 million tons,down 3.1%compared to the previous year and crude oil exports rose by 2.4%year-on-year to 240 million tons.Russia's natural gas production in 2024 amounted to 685 billion cubic meters,marking a 7.6%increase from 2023,with pipeline gas and liquefied natural gas(LNG)exports reaching 119 billion cubic meters and 33.6 million tons,up 15.6%and 4.0%year-on-year respectively.To foster the growth of its natural gas sector,Russia has accelerated the implementation of the Eastern Natural Gas Plan in recent years and introduced the Russian Energy Strategy 2050,outlining medium-and long-term objectives and priorities for oil and gas industry development.In 2025,the Russian oil and gas industry will continue to prioritize stability and natural gas production and exports are expected to sustain their recovery trajectory.关键词
