具有辐射制冷功能的聚酰胺防水透湿纤维膜的制备及性能研究
Preparation and properties research of polyamide waterproof and breathable fiber membranes with radiation cooling function

Abstract
With the advancement of technology,membranes that combine waterproof,breathable,and radiation cooling properties have demonstrated significant application potential in the field of personal protection under high-temperature and high-humidity environments.Ethanol-soluble polyamide and water-based hydrophobic agent emulsion with perfluorooctyl segment were used as raw materials to successfully fabricate fibrous mem-branes with excellent protective and thermal management properties through a one-step electrospinning process.The influence of hydrophobic agent concentration on the microstructure,surface chemistry,waterproofness,breathability and radiation cooling properties of the membranes was investigated.At a hydrophobic agent con-centration of 35 wt%,the prepared fibrous membrane displayed a hydrostatic pressure of 32.1 kPa,and a mois-ture permeability as high as 11.14 kg m-2 d-1.Additionally,the membrane exhibited an average solar reflectance of 91.4%and an average emissivity of 91.98%in the"atmospheric window"spectral range.Under direct sun-light,it was capable of reducing the ambient temperature by 8~11 oC,which can significantly enhance the safety and comfort of workers.Not only provides a new method for the preparation of multifunctional fiber materials but also offers important insights for the development and application of personal protective materials in high-temperature and high-humidity environments.关键词
