Abstract

High-speed railway and subway station is added in the middle of the completed Huo-Gui section tunnel to ensure the segmented operation of the Line 3 project.Focusing on the addition of cable galleries and vertical shafts in the section,a vertical shaft construction technology system based on"design construction monitoring"closed-loop control is proposed.Key innovations include optimizing shaft structural design,pioneering the application of full-casing rotary drilling rig technology,and implementing a real-time automated monitoring system.These measures effectively resolve challenges such as controlling construction-induced disturbances to adjacent existing tunnels,ensuring precision in shaft-connecting channel integration,and maintaining stratum stability.Results demonstrate that the proposed approach reduces construction risks by over 30%,with tunnel deformations strictly complying with regulatory limits.This ensures structural safety for phased passenger operations on Line 3 and provides critical insights for coordinated urban rail transit and high-speed rail hub construction.
