废旧锦纶6地毯纤维分子量调控技术的研究
Research on the molecular weight control technology of recycled nylon 6 carpet fibers

Abstract
In order to improve the performance of recycled nylon 6 fibers,a method for regulating the molecular weight of recycled nylon 6 fibers was designed,using the reduction amination reaction mechanism.The amino group at the end of the nylon 6 molecular chain reacts with glutaraldehyde to generate a special structure to con-nect the molecular chain and increase the molecular weight of the nylon 6 polymer.The results show that when the nylon 6 fiber is pre-swollen in a state,benzene alcohol is used as a solvent,formic acid is used to adjust the pH value to a weak acid,the molar ratio of the fiber to glutaraldehyde is 1:5,and the reaction is carried out at 100℃ for one hour,a crosslinking reaction can be formed between the amorphous region molecular chains of nylon 6,thereby improving the molecular weight of nylon 6 fibers.The aldehyde-amine reaction to achieve the crosslinking of nylon 6 molecules provides a new idea for the recycling and reuse of polyamide fibers,which meets the strategic needs of green development of the country and is bound to drive the sustainable develop-ment of polyamide fibers.关键词
