The Motivation,Challenges,and Strategies for the Integration Construction of Urban Industry Education Joint Venture and Professional Groups

Abstract
The integration of urban industry education consortia and professional groups provides a new path for improving the quality of industry education integration.By analyzing the necessity of the integration of urban industry education consortia and professional groups from the perspectives of industry,education,and mechanisms,and comparing the historical experience of industry education integration construction,the main problems restricting the construction of urban industry education consortia and professional groups were sorted out from the aspects of institutional mechanisms and resource integration.Based on typical cases,action strategies for the integration of urban industry education consortia and professional groups were proposed around the institutionalization of governance structure,marketization of operational mechanisms,materialization of resource integration,and integration of evaluation system,providing new ideas and practical references for the construction of urban industry education consortia in China.关键词
