Integration of Knowledge,Emotion,and Action:The Basic Characteristics of Talent Cultivation Models in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era

Abstract
For a long time,the professional teaching reform in China's higher vocational colleges has focused on addressing the issues of"separation of knowledge and practice"and"disconnection between theory and application,"while neglecting the cultivation of professional ethics,attitudes,and emotional engagement.This approach has struggled to meet the demands of Chinese-style modernization under the context of artificial intelligence(AI).To address this gap,this study collected data through interviews with multiple types of stakeholders and employed grounded theory methodology to explore and construct a theoretical framework for the"Integration of Knowledge,Emotion,and Action"talent cultivation model in higher vocational colleges.The research further distilled the model's basic characteristics and implementation pathways.The findings indicate that the model's core features include the mutual construction of knowledge and emotion,the integration of knowledge and action,and the mutual reinforcement of emotion and action.Its structural components encompass curriculum systems,practical teaching bases,teaching teams,and cultural development,while implementation pathways involve building a holistic talent cultivation ecosystem,fostering"Triple-Qualified"teachers(proficient in knowledge,skills,and ethics),and advancing evaluation reforms.关键词
