基于"岗课赛证"四位一体的关务专业人才培养模式改革实证研究
Empirical Research on the Reform of Customs Profession Talent Cultivation Model Based on the"Position-Course-Competition-Certification"Four-in-One Integration

Abstract
Aiming at the problems facing the personnel training of Customs Affairs and Foreign Trade Service major,this paper expounds the construction logic of the personnel training mode based on"Post-Course-Competition-Certificate Integration".Taking the relevant majors of Shandong College of Economics and Business as an example,centered on teaching,the design of"Post-Course-Competition-Certificate Integration"is carried out based on the concepts of close school-enterprise cooperation,deep integration of production and education,and dual-subject education.Setting up the course content and practice teaching system sticking closely to the post skill standard,giving full play to the leading role of competitions in professional teaching reform,improving the certificate system of highly-skilled personnel evaluation,co-building and sharing teaching resources between schools and enterprises,building up a high-level teaching team with mutual recruitment between schools and enterprises,and carrying out the comprehensive education mode of"Post-Course-Competition-Certificate Integration"provide guarantee for training high-quality talents engaged in customs declaration of imports and exports,customs consulting and international freight forwarding.关键词
