Digital Practices and Key Challenges in the Construction of Smart Water Conservancy Industry-Education Integrated Training Bases
摘要
Abstract
The digital transformation and upgrading of the water conservancy industry have raised higher demands for the cultivation of technical and skilled talents and the construction of training bases.This paper analyzes the key supporting elements of the construction of smart water conservancy industry-education integration training bases,and discusses the construction models and their application effectiveness based on practical experience.At the same time,it examines the challenges faced in the construction of these bases,such as technical integration difficulties,a shortage of faculty,and insufficient industry connection,and proposes optimization paths to support the digital transformation of the water conservancy industry,improve vocational education quality,and promote the high-quality development of smart water conservancy.关键词
