What,Why and How:A Three-Dimensional Exploration of the Construction of the Teaching Evaluation Index System for Ideological and Political Courses in Higher Vocational Education Based on the CIPP Model

Abstract
The evaluation of ideological and political course teaching is related to the high-quality development of ideological and political education and the implementation of the fundamental task of moral education.The index system is the concentrated embodiment of the elements of ideological and political teaching evaluation,and is the key to the application of theoretical research to practical work.The introduction of CIPP evaluation model into the evaluation index system of higher vocational ideological and political courses has its inherent coupling mechanism,but it also has its internal obstruction,which mainly includes:value obstruction under the alienation of evaluation purpose,development obstruction under the narrowing of evaluation content and subject obstruction under the simplification of evaluation mechanism.In order to solve this problem,we should follow the scientific concept to ensure the evaluation orientation,adhere to the correct principle to grasp the evaluation content,divide the index level to improve the evaluation efficiency and build a guarantee mechanism to standardize the evaluation behavior.关键词
