经济高质量发展背景下大学生创业准备行为影响因素研究
Research on Influencing Factors of College Students'Entrepreneurial Preparation Behavior Under the Background of High-Quality Economic Development

Abstract
The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that"talent must be the primary resource and innovation the primary driving force;education should be given priority,and the quality of talent cultivation must be comprehensively improved to foster outstanding innovative talents."Higher education institutions are the main battlegrounds for talent development.This paper investigates the impact of entrepreneurial intentions,individual characteristics,and entrepreneurial environment on entrepreneurial preparation behavior using a sequential Logistic regression model,with students from universities in Heilongjiang Province as the subjects.The study finds that the degree of interest in entrepreneurship,the level of dedication to entrepreneurship,the likelihood of starting a business within five years,and the potential for future entrepreneurship all positively influence college students'entrepreneurial preparation behavior.Individual characteristics such as subjective norms and perceived behavioral control positively affect college students'preparation behavior.In terms of the entrepreneurial environment,schools,government,and social organizations have a positive impact on college students'entrepreneurial preparation behavior.Based on these findings,this study offers relevant recommendations to promote college student entrepreneurship.关键词
