变厚度悬臂梁式压电俘能器的特性研究

Abstract
To improve the power generation performance of the beam-type piezoelectric energy harvester,the energy harvesting characteristics of the variable thickness cantilever beam type piezoelectric energy har-vester were studied.In finite element simulation,a local coordinate system is introduced to ensure the change of polarization direction of the piezoelectric layer when the thickness changes.Through simulation,the power generation performance of inverted conical,conical,and equal-section beam piezoelectric har-vesters with the same length was compared.At the same time,the influence of the width ratio and the thickness ratio on the power generation performance of the energy harvester structure was studied.The research results indicate that inverted conical beam piezoelectric energy harvesters have better power gen-eration performance,compared to equal-section and conical beam piezoelectric energy harvesters.When the size of the free end is constant,the smaller the width and thickness of the fixed end,the lower the first-order natural frequency of the piezoelectric energy harvester and the greater the power generation.Among them,the thickness variation has a greater impact on the first-order natural frequency and power generation voltage of the cantilever beam piezoelectric energy harvester.This study contributes to the structural design research of beam-type piezoelectric energy harvesters to meet the self-powering needs of low-power electronic products and micro remote sensing/implant monitoring systems.关键词
