利用震源机制反演鄂尔多斯块体西北缘构造应力场
Inversion of the tectonic stress field in Northwest Ordos using focal mechanisms

Abstract
This study utilizes digital seismic waveform data recorded by the Nei Monggol Autonomous Region Seismic Network from January 2008 to December 2021 to determine the focal mechanism solutions for 239 ML≥2.5 earthquakes occurring in the northwestern margin of the Ordos Block using a joint inversion method of P-wave first motions and amplitude ratios,and statistically analyzed their characteristics.The results show that the focal mechanisms in the study area are predominantly strike-slip,with a certain proportion of reverse and normal faulting types also present.The P-axes exhibit a predominant EW orientation,while the T-axes show a predominant NWW orientation.The study area was divided into 1°×1°grids,and the damped regional stress inversion method was employed to obtain the stress field distribution characteristics in the northwestern margin of the Ordos Block.The stress state indicates that the region is generally subjected to NE-SW trending compression and NW-SE trending extension.关键词
