不同FBS及BSA产品对牛体外胚胎发育的影响
Effects of different FBS and BSA products on bovine embryonic development in vitro

Abstract
The experiment was designed to compare the effects of fetal bovine serum(FBS)and bovine serum albumin(BSA)products from different sources on the efficiency of bovine in vitro embryo development.Two brands of FBS and three BSA products were selected,and in vitro maturation(IVM),in vitro fertilization(IVF),and in vitro culture(IVC)methods were used to determine the embryo cleavage rate and blastocyst rate after adding different FBS and BSA products to the oocyte maturation fluid and late embryo development fluid.The results showed that the blastocyst rate of BSA-A7030 in the late IVC medium(48 h after fertilization)was significantly higher than that of BSA-A3311(P<0.05);the blastocyst rate and hatching rate of FBS-ExCell in late IVC medium were significantly higher than those of FBS-VISTECH(P<0.05),and the blastocyst morphology was significantly better than that of FBS-VISTECH and BSA-A7030 combined addition;the blastocyst rate of BSA-A8806 and FBS-ExCell in the IVM medium was significantly higher than that of BSA-A7030(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the blastocyst rate between BSA-A8806 and FBS-ExCell(P>0.05).In conclusion,the use of FBS-ExCell in IVM medium and late IVC medium can help improve oocyte maturation and embryo development,and the use of BSA-A8806 in maturation fluid can play a role comparable to that of FBS-ExCell.关键词
