摘要

Abstract

The ideological and political work in universities in the new era shoulders the important mission of cultivating new people with the great responsibility of national rejuvenation,guiding students to establish lofty ideals,and closely com-bining personal growth with national development.The spirit of educators embodies their understanding of educational val-ues and ethics,their comprehension of the role of teachers and students,and their grasp of educational cultural concepts.It is a highly condensed and elevated ability of educators to educate and nurture students through textbooks.The spirit of edu-cators provides assistance in achieving educational goals,optimizing educational concepts,and innovating work methods for ideological and political work in universities in the new era.Integrating it into ideological and political work in universities in the new era can integrate educational concepts,clarify the value orientation of ideological and political workers,promote progress as a model,and stimulate innovative vitality.In order to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political work in universities in the new era,universities should form a long-term mechanism for integrating the spirit of educators through strengthening the construction of ideological and political teams,exploring new practical work methods,creating a cultural integration atmosphere,and improving evaluation and incentive mechanisms,in order to achieve effective advancement of i-deological and political work in the new era.
