摘要

Abstract

To enhance the production efficiency of in vivo embryos in Xinjiang Brown cattle,45 Xinjiang brown cows were selected for superovulation treatment.Peripheral blood was collected at four time points:before superovulation treatment(1 day prior),before PG injection(day 3 of superovulation),before the first artificial insemination,and before the second artificial insemination.Anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH)concentrations were measured using the ELISA method.The peripheral blood AMH concentrations were then divided into high,medium,and low groups to analyze their correlation with the number of embryos recovered per donor,usable embryos per donor,unfertilized oocytes per donor,and degenerated embryos per donor.The results showed that the average number of embryos recovered per donor and usable embryos per donor were(10.69±4.48)and(5.23±3.79),respectively.Throughout the superovulation process,AMH concentrations exhibited an overall declining trend.The high concentration group before superovulation showed a significantly higher number of embryos recovered per donor compared to the medium and low concentration groups(P<0.05),and an extremely higher number of usable embryos per donor(P<0.01).In conclusion,higher AMH concentrations before superovulation correlate with better superovulation outcomes,resulting in more embryos recovered and usable embryos per donor,thereby enhancing in vivo embryo production efficiency.This indicates that measuring AMH concentration prior to superovulation treatment can effectively predict the superovulation response in donor cows.Peripheral blood AMH concentration can serve as one of the screening criteria for Xinjiang Brown cattle donors.
