真空烧结(Ti,W)C基金属陶瓷的显微结构及相演变研究
Microstructure and phase evolution mechanism of(Ti,W)C-based cermets during vacuum sintering process

Abstract
(Ti,W)C-based cermets were prepared by section vacuum sintering,the changes of shrinkage and density of samples during vacuum sintering were recorded and analyzed,and the microstructure and phase evolution of(Ti,W)C-based cermet during sintering process were studied.Results show that with the continuous increase of sintering temperature,the number of pores in the cermets decreases,and the shrinkage and density of the samples increase.During the sintering process,the atoms of each element continuously diffuse and accumulate under the influence of various diffusion mechanisms,forming various microstructures.Meanwhile,the angle and intensity of each X-ray diffraction(XRD)peak also continue to change slightly,or disappear at a certain temperature,indicating that there is a complex phase evolution process during the sintering process.The liquid phase appeares at about 1 260℃,and the densification process of the sintered samples greatly accelerates under the action of various mechanisms such as particle rearrangement,dissolution-re-precipitation,etc.,and a variety of microstructure such as weak white core gray rim,gray core gray rim and gray coreless forms.关键词
