Nonlinear dynamics characteristics of friction stir welding of aluminum alloy composite structure
摘要
Abstract
To investigate the nonlinear dynamics characteristics of the aluminum alloy friction stir welding system,a nonlinear dynamics model of the system was constructed.Taking into account the influence of various factors such as material flow and equivalent softened friction coefficient,the effects of feed rate in x and y directions on the vibration response of the system were investigated.Characterization methods such as time course curves,Poincaré section,spectrograms,bifurcation diagrams and Lyapunov exponents were applied to analyze the bifurcation of the system and the evolution process of the motion state under the feeding speed,and to investigate the motion mechanism of the aluminum alloy friction stir welding system.Results show that under the same welding conditions and welding parameters,during the dynamic response of the system,the influence of x-direction feeding speed on the vibration response of the system is more drastic than that of y-direction feeding speed on the vibration response of the system,and the x-direction is greatly influenced by the feeding speed,which is easy to make the system motion in a chaotic state,resulting in the agnosticism of the system motion.关键词
