匝间短路故障下发电机定子系统温升研究
Temperature rise of synchronous generator stator system under stator interturn short circuit
摘要
Abstract
The loss and temperature rise of stator core-winding system under stator interturn short circuit fault in synchronous generator was investigated.The thermal wear rule of insulation under different degrees and positions of short circuit was obtained.Firstly,the loss expression was derived to analyze the temperature rise of core and winding.Then,the magnetic-thermo-mechanical coupling model was established to calculate the temperature distribution.The thermal response was calculated under the combined impact of the unbalanced magnetic heat source from the outer core and the non-uniform electric heat source from the inner conductor.Additionally,the study identified potential failure points in the stator winding insulation.Finally,experiment was conducted on a 5 kW fault simulation generator to determine system temperature.The experimental data obtained are in good agreement with theoretical analysis and simulation calculation.The paper provides fundamental data and scientific support for failures prevention,reverse design optimization,and manufacturing processes improvement of winding insulation.关键词
