Multi-strategy improved white shark algorithm for wind and hydrogen storage microgrids optimal scheduling
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the energy management and optimal scheduling problem of microgrid containing hydrogen production system,taking system economy and power supply reliability as the objective function,a multi-objective white shark optimization algorithm(improved multi-objective white shark optimizer on decompose,IMOWSO/D)based on decomposition mechanism was proposed to achieve multi-objective optimization scheduling.A hydrogen production system model including wind turbine,photovoltaic,energy storage device and alkaline electrolyzer was analyzed and established,and the constraints and operation strategies were formulated and the Pareto optimal solution set was solved by using MOWSO/D for the scheduling of the hydrogen production system.In order to verify the feasibility of the method,a comparison with the unimproved multi-objective white shark optimizer(MOWSO)and non-inferiority sorting genetic algorithm II(NSGA-II)was conducted.Experimentally,at the Pareto frontier compromise point of each algorithm,the economic cost of the proposed method is reduced by 2 773 yuan and 1 371 yuan,respectively,and the results show that the proposed method has better optimization effect and has certain application value.关键词
