比利时蓝牛三元杂交试验效果研究
Study on effect of three element hybrid experiment of Belgian blue cattle
摘要
Abstract
This study admed to analyze the production performance and economic benefits of the offspring of ternary hybrid cattle(Bixiben F1 cattle)and binary hybrid cattle(Xiben F1 cattle).Frozen semen from Belgian blue cattle and Simmental cattle was selected and artificial insemination technology was adopted to carry out cattle breed improvement experiments.The body weight and body size indicators of Simmental F1 cattle,Simmental F1 cattle and local yellow cattle were measured to analyze the fattening effect.The results showed that the body weight of Bixiben F1 cattle at all stages was extremely higher than that of local yellow cattle(P<0.01),and the body weight at 18 months of age was extremely higher than that of Xiben F1 cattle(P<0.01).The body height,chest circumference and body slant of the Bixiben F1 cattle are significantly increased compared with those of the local yellow cattle and Xiben F1 cattle.At the age of 3 months,body height of Bixiben F1 cattle was slightly lower than that of the Xiben F1 cattle,while it increased significantly at other stages.Slaughtered at 18 months of age,live body weight,carcass weight and net meat weight of Bixiben F1 cattle were extremely higher than those of local yellow cattle and Xiben F1 cattle(P<0.01),its slaughter rate was extremely higher than that of local yellow cattle(P<0.01),and its bone weight was significantly higher than that of local yellow cattle(P<0.05).As mentioned above,the two-way hubrid F1 cattle bred by artificial insemination with Belgian blue cattle frozen sperm under farm feeding conditions has stronger adaptability,faster growth rate,better fattening effect and obvious economic benefits than the F1 cattle.关键词
