基于流场分析的密闭空间pVTt泄漏测量方案研究
Study of pVTt leakage measurement scheme in confined spaces based on flow field analysis

Abstract
To enhance experimental efficacy and precision,the numerical modelling techniques were applied to simulate the pVTt experimental process of a confined space with a complex internal structure.The results of the calculations demonstrate that the flow and heat transfer characteristics of the gas in the various parts of space during the filling and stabilizing processes exhibit considerable variation due to the influence of the internal structure.Furthermore,the inhomogeneity of the temperature distribution at certain moments is significant.It is possible to control the average temperature deviation within the range of±0.5 K by optimizing the arrangement of the temperature measurement points based on the simulation results.The whole process of an experiment was further simulated,which included the filling and stabilization of six pressure plateaus.Based on the simulation results,the stabilization time of each pressure plateau was optimized,and the total duration of the experiment was reduced by 12.5%.The results also show that the enhanced wall heat dissipation can reduce the temperature peak of the pressure filling process,but has no effect on the pressure stabilization time.关键词
