超高转速高压燃油离心泵多工况性能试验研究
Experimental study on the multi-operating condition performance of ultra-high-speed and high-pressure fuel centrifugal pump

Abstract
In order to study the prediction accuracy and operational stability of energy characteristics of fuel centrifugal pumps during variable speed processes,an experimental analysis was conducted on an ultra-high speed and high-pressure fuel centrifugal pump,and the performance and outlet pressure pulsation characteristics were studied under different speeds and flow rates.Through experimental measurements and spectral analysis,the variations in head,efficiency,and pressure pulsation spectra with operating conditions were identified.The results indicate that the pump's performance can be approximated based on its design speed.However,the estimation error increases significantly at lower speeds.At 60%nd,the deviation in shutoff head reached a maximum of 4%,while the flow coefficient deviation at the point of maximum efficiency reached 20.41%.Under varying flow conditions,low flow rates exhibited broadband pressure pulsation characteristics,whereas high flow rates transitioned to a discrete spectrum dominated by blade frequency,with the maximum pulsation amplitude observed at 0.8QnBEP(flow coefficient at best efficiency point).As the rotational speed decreased,the pulsation amplitude at the outlet monitoring point progressively diminished.关键词
