摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the asymmetric deformation and failure of the surrounding rock of the withdrawal channel under the goaf during the mining process of the working face and the instability of the overlying rock in the final mining stage,the numerical simulation and the actual mine pressure observation were used to study the evolution law of the abutment pressure,principal stress and deviatoric stress of the surrounding rock of the withdrawal channel.During the whole process of working face mining,the stress of the surrounding rock in the lower withdrawal channel of the goaf shows the characteristics of asymmetric partial loading.The evolution mode of the peak deviator stress area of the surrounding rock of the retraction channel is divided into six types:Bilateral deviatoric stress peak area start-up type→ The peak value of deviatoric stress on both sides is slightly increased→ The peak area and value of the deviatoric stress of the mining side are the largest→ Reverse type of mining side deviatoric stress peak area→ Mining side deviatoric stress peak area and value steep drop type→ The non-mining side deviatoric stress peak area and value reaches the larges.The key area of the reinforcement control of the surrounding rock of the withdrawal channel is the junction area between the non-mining gang and the roof of the withdrawal channel.The surrounding rock control technology of the withdrawal channel is as follows:Basic support of anchor rods and anchor cables+reinforcement support in the peak area of deviatoric stress of surrounding rock in the withdrawal channel+pre-splitting roof cutting on the goaf side of the withdrawal channel.The on-site monitoring results show that the maximum deformation of the surrounding rock of the withdrawal channel is about 246 mm,and the safe withdrawal of the working face equipment is realized.
