摘要

Abstract

In response to the complex environment of the alignment of the propulsion shaft system of large ships,which often affects the vibration of the shaft system and poses a threat to the normal operation of the propulsion shaft system,the propulsion shaft system of a large container ship was taken as the research object.Based on the response surface design method(RSM),a multi-objective optimization model of propulsion shafting alignment-vibration was constructed.The minimum load of the rear stern bearing,the uniform distribution of each bearing load and the minimum vibration response of the rear stern bearing were selected as the optimization objectives.Finally,the multi-objective genetic algorithm(MOGA)and fuzzy evaluation method were used to solve and evaluate the comprehensive optimization scheme of the example.The results show that the rear stern bearing load of the propulsion shafting is closely related to the bearing vibration.Comparing the straight alignment with the reasonable alignment,it is found that the bearing distribution in the reasonable alignment is more uniform,but the vibration response is increased by 6.93%.After comprehensive optimization,the vibration of the rear stern bearing is reduced by 3.01%while meeting the bearing load requirements,and the purpose of comprehensive optimization of shafting alignment and vibration is realized.
