Experience of National Medical Master Li Diangui in Differentiating and Treating Reflux Esophagitis from Perspective of Turbid Toxin
摘要
Abstract
This article summarizes the experience of Professor Li Diangui,a National Medical Master,in diagnosing and treating Reflux Esophagitis(RE)from the perspective of Turbid Toxin.Professor Li proposes that the core pathogenesis of RE is the internal accumulation of turbid toxin and the upward reversal of stomach qi,believing that turbid toxin runs through the entire course of the disease.Qi stagnation,phlegm retention,heat accumulation,blood stasis,and deficiency are the main contradictions in different stages of turbid toxin-induced pathogenesis.He establishes the general therapeutic principles of resolving turbid toxin and harmonizing the stomach to descend qi,and applies methods such as regulating qi to resolve phlegm,clearing heat to activate blood,and nourishing yin to dredge collaterals in stages,so as to resolve turbid toxin and restore the descending function of the stomach.关键词
