Abstract
An in-depth analysis is conducted on the current situation of the cooling water system of high-speed cigarette machines in the cigarette rolling and packaging workshop.It is pointed out that the current system has problems such as low energy efficiency,large space occupation and high failure rate.Through the optimized design of the workshop cooling water system,measures such as centralized supply of cooling water,optimization of the machine room layout and introduction of advanced monitoring and automatic control technologies are proposed.The results show that after the implementation of the measures,the energy consumption of the system is significantly reduced,and the overall energy-saving rate reaches 16.7%.The optimized cooling water system can enhance energy efficiency utilization,ensure the stable operation of equipment,and promote the sustainable development of the rolling and packaging workshop.关键词
