卷包车间高速卷烟机冷却水系统优化研究OA
Reaserch on optimization of cooling water system of high speed cigarette machine in wrapping workshop
针对卷包车间高速卷烟机冷却水系统的现状进行深入分析,指出当前系统存在能效低下、空间占用大和故障率高等问题,并通过对车间冷却水系统进行优化设计,提出集中供应冷却水、优化机房布局以及引入先进监控与自动控制技术等措施.结果表明,措施实施后,系统能耗明显降低,整体节能率达到16.7%;优化冷却水系统能够提高能效利用率,确保设备的稳定运行,促进卷包车间的可持续发展.
An in-depth analysis is conducted on the current situation of the cooling water system of high-speed cigarette machines in the cigarette rolling and packaging workshop.It is pointed out that the current system has problems such as low energy efficiency,large space occupation and high failure rate.Through the optimized design of the workshop cooling water system,measures such as centralized supply of cooling water,optimization of the machine room layout and introduction of advanced monitoring and automatic control technologies are proposed.The results show that after the implementation of the measures,the energy consumption of the system is significantly reduced,and the overall energy-saving rate reaches 16.7%.The optimized cooling water system can enhance energy efficiency utilization,ensure the stable operation of equipment,and promote the sustainable development of the rolling and packaging workshop.
