摘要

Abstract

To solve the problems of boiler safety and energy waste caused by damage to the conductivity detector on the boiler water detection pipeline due to high temperature and high pressure environment during the continuous discharge process of the boiler,this study independently designed,developed,installed,and debugged the cooling and heat recovery reuse system and cooling heat exchange device for the boiler water detection pipeline.The results show that the average temperature of the furnace level in the boiler water detection pipeline decreased by 55.9%,the average temperature of the cooling water outlet increased by 10.1%,the sewage discharge rate decreased by 21.9%,and about 20.295 t of standard coal are produced in each production season.
