全时段超大型电解铝烟气脱硫技术开发及效益分析OA
Development and benefit analysis of flue gas desulphurization technology for full-time ultra-large electrolytic aluminum
针对电解铝行业脱硫需求,开发全时段超大型电解铝烟气脱硫技术,以典型工程为研究对象,从全时段运行、超大型脱硫核心工艺优化和超大直径塔体结构等方面介绍该技术.结果表明,与传统技术相比,采用该技术建设投资节约800万元(降幅8.4%),年运行成本降低238.3万元(降幅11.4%),劳动定员减少20人,二氧化硫年排放量减少283.8 t(减幅31%).该技术投资少、运行成本低、环境效益明显,适用于新建和改扩建项目.
In response to the desulfurization requirements of the electrolytic aluminum industry,a full-time super-large electrolytic aluminum flue gas desulfurization technology is developed.Taking typical projects as the research object,this technology is introduced from aspects such as full-time operation,optimization of the core process of super-large desulfurization,and the structure of the super-large diameter tower body.The results show that compared with the traditional technology,the adoption of this technology saves 8 million yuan in construction investment(a reduction of 8.4%),reduces the annual operating cost by 2.383 million yuan(a reduction of 11.4%),reduces the labor quota by 20 people,and reduces the annual emission of sulfur dioxide by 283.8 t(a reduction of 31%).This technology requires less investment,has low operating costs and obvious environmental benefits,and is suitable for new construction and expansion and renovation projects.
