Abstract

Relying on the energy consumption management system of a cigarette factory in Shaanxi Province,the control program of the heating system is dynamically adjusted according to the heat and moisture load demands of the air conditioning in the workshop to achieve the optimized operation of the multi-heat source combined heating system.Through the analysis of the energy consumption data of boilers,ground source heat pumps,air conditioning systems and each workshop,the feasibility of boiler steam residual pressure heating and ground source heat pump auxiliary heating is verified.And propose the design and implementation key points of the multi-heat source combined heating system for cigarette factories based on precise energy consumption regulation technology.The results show that the heating energy efficiency of the ground source heat pump system is improved by 16.82%,the natural gas consumption of the boiler system is reduced by 258 000 m3/a,the comprehensive energy consumption per box will decrease by 1.15 kilograms of standard coal per box,and the annual economic benefit saved by the multi-source combined heating system is approximately 724 200 yuan.Under the condition that the temperature and humidity in the workshop environment can both meet the standards,the direct heating from the boiler,the steam residual pressure heating and the ground source heat pump heating are automatically switched according to the principle of low energy consumption,effectively reducing the energy consumption of the boiler operation and the comprehensive energy consumption per unit output value of the cigarette factory.
