基于工程量清单的建筑施工碳排放测算与评价OA
Carbon emission estimation and evaluation of building construction based on bill of quantities
为解决建筑施工过程中的碳排放测算与控制难题,实现新建建筑项目工程造价与碳排放预算的管控,基于工程消耗量定额、造价材机库以及相关碳排放因子数据库,针对施工阶段,构建一种基于工程量清单的碳排放测算方法.以某学校新建建筑项目为研究对象,对其施工碳排放进行测算,并对项目建设过程中的CO2排放进行评价分析.结果显示,该案例的碳排放总量为2 862 672.65 kgCO2,单位面积碳排放强度为609.08 kgCO2/m²;工程项目平均产值碳强度为5 247.72 kgCO2/万元,平均排放系数为429.26 kgCO2/m2,其中基坑支护工程的产值碳排放强度是项目平均产值碳强度的2倍,而楼地面工程、内墙面工程和天棚工程的产值碳排放强度均超过了6 000 kgCO2/万元.
In order to solve the problem of carbon emission measurement and control during the construction process of buildings,and to achieve the management and control of the project cost and carbon emission budget of new construction projects,based on the engineering consumption quota,cost material database and related carbon emission factor database,a carbon emission measurement method based on the bill of quantities is constructed for the construction stage.Taking the new construction project of a certain school as the research object,the carbon emissions during its construction are calculated,and the CO2 emissions during the project construction process are evaluated and analyzed.The results show that the total carbon emissions of this case are 2 862 672.65 kgCO2,and the carbon emission intensity per unit area is 609.08 kgCO2/m2.The average carbon intensity of the output value of the engineering project is 5 247.72 kgCO2/10 000 yuan,and the average emission coefficient is 429.26 kgCO2/m2.Among them,the carbon emission intensity of the output value of the foundation pit support project is twice the average carbon intensity of the output value of the project.The carbon emission intensity of the output value of the floor and ground works,interior wall works and ceiling works all exceeded 6 000 kgCO2/10 000 yuan.
