Abstract
Based on the principle of the second type of absorption heat pump,a mathematical model of the second type of absorption heat pump is established,and the influencing factors of the steam pressure produced are analyzed.The results show that due to the corrosive property of lithium bromide solution at high temperatures,its working temperature should be controlled below 165℃,and under this condition,the maximum steam production pressure of the second type of absorption heat pump is 0.44 MPa.The steam pressure is closely related to the absorption pressure in the unit and the concentration of the solution.The higher the absorption pressure and the concentration of the LiBr solution,the higher the steam pressure produced.Reducing the inlet temperature of the residual hot water,increasing the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the residual hot water,and the temperature of the cooling water will all cause a decrease in the concentration and absorption pressure of the LiBr solution,thereby reducing the steam pressure.Under the same conditions,the countercurrent flow of the residual hot water(first in the evaporator and then in the generator)reduces the solution concentration while increasing the absorption pressure.However,the increase in absorption pressure is more significant,and the pressure of the steam produced is slightly higher than that of the co-current flow.关键词
