Abstract
In order to enhance the energy utilization efficiency of cement plants,reduce energy consumption and environmental pollution,this paper introduces the overview of cement plants and the detailed calculation of the waste heat from their production lines,deeply analyzes the potential for recycling and energy-saving utilization of the waste heat from low-temperature exhaust gas,designs the installation plan for waste heat power generation,builds an efficient thermal system for waste heat power plants,optimizes the energy-saving of waste heat and the air supply and exhaust system,and proposes technical strategies and implementation plans.The results show that the energy-saving utilization of waste heat from low-temperature exhaust gas in cement plants can significantly reduce production costs and effectively decrease carbon emissions,which is of great significance for promoting the green transformation and sustainable development of the cement industry.关键词
