钢箱梁整体顶推关键施工阶段力学特性研究
Mechanical characteristics of steel box girder in key construction stages of overall incremental launching

Abstract
Overall incremental launching of walking-style steel box girder is an important construction method for bridge crossing,but it has the problems of complex structural stress and high safety risks.Based on the Baisha Hub Interchange spanning the main line bridge of the Erenhot-Guangzhou Expressway,the finite ele-ment model of the beam segment and the incremental launching support was established by Midas Civil,and their mechanical conditions under different construction conditions were analyzed.The results show that during the incremental launching of steel box girder,the structure is most stressed when the guide girder is in the max-imum cantilever state.At this time,the maximum stress of the pushed beam segment is 159.5 MPa,which oc-curs at the root of the guide beam.The maximum deflection of the pushed beam segment is 555.58 mm,which occurs at the forefront of the guide beam.Due to the vertical and horizontal loads,the column top of incremen-tal launching support is subjected to the maximum stress,reaching 124.8 MPa.The maximum vertical and hori-zontal deformations are 2.7 mm and 2.6 mm,respectively,occurring in the middle of the longitudinal beam and at the top of the support.Through buckling analysis,the overall stability of incremental launching supports meets the requirements.关键词
