北京市某公共建筑空调水源热泵系统节能方案研究
Research on energy-saving scheme of air conditioning water source heat pump system in a public building in Beijing

Abstract
Aiming at the problems of high energy consumption during building operation and a large proportion of energy consumption for air conditioning,heating and cooling,taking the renovation project of the underground water source heat pump system for central air conditioning in a public building in Beijing as the research object,this paper analyzes the energy-saving constraints of the central air conditioning system with the underground water source heat pump system as the cold and heat source from the design stage and operation stage,as well as from the technical and management aspects,and proposes energy-saving optimization measures.The results show that through measures such as reasonable equipment selection and update,optimization of pipeline layout,establishment of an automatic control system,and formulation of operation strategies,the energy consumption of the renovated water source heat pump system can be reduced by 26.5%to 54.6%per month,and approximately 570 000 kWh of electricity can be saved throughout the year.关键词
