摘要

Abstract

Based on the framework of Ethernet Passive Optical Network(EPON),Time Division and Wavelength Division Multiplexing Passive Optical Network(TDM-WDM),an adaptive multicast broadband allocation scheme and an improved hybrid sleep multicast energy-saving scheme are designed,and the schemes are verified through OPNET simulation experiments.The results show that by adding the heuristic algorithm,the multicast packet scheduling algorithm(MS-WFQ),and the energy consumption constraints for the sleep and wake-up of optical network units(ONUs),on the basis of not losing network delay,the multicast throughput of the network can be increased by approximately 9%,the wake-up times of ONUs can be reduced by 30%to 40%,and the energy consumption can be reduced by approximately 40%.
