摘要

Abstract

To solve the problems of high energy consumption,insufficient utilization of waste heat and low thermal efficiency of ceramic kilns,the energy-saving and carbon-reducing coupling combustion technology integrating hot air combustion assistance,premixed combustion,and automatic interlock control of fuel gas and combustion assistance air is adopted to transform the ceramic kilns,and the energy-saving and carbon-reducing effects and economic benefits of its engineering application are studied.The results show that after the energy-saving and carbon reduction technological transformation of ceramic kilns,the average energy-saving rate and emission reduction rate have both reached 14.30%,and the effect of energy-saving and emission reduction is obvious.
